Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and enhance our talent acquisition efforts and support HR initiatives. In this role, you will focus on recruiting high-quality talent and managing HR processes that foster a positive, productive workplace. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruiting, adaptable, and skilled in HR management, with the ability to work discreetly and support a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates who align with company values.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with potential hires, maintaining a network of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • HR Database and Reporting: Oversee and maintain HR systems and records, track recruitment metrics, and provide insights to the leadership team on hiring trends and needs.
  • Onboarding and Employee Integration: Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with organizational standards and culture.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations and Development: Support employee growth by assisting with training programs, evaluations, and addressing employee inquiries, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, managing communications, and handling confidential documents with the utmost discretion.

Typical Routine: Start your day by reviewing open roles and prioritizing recruitment efforts, reaching out to potential candidates, and scheduling interviews. Throughout the day, you'll screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess each candidate’s alignment with company culture and values. You’ll also manage HR databases, update recruitment metrics, and check in on new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Unique Aspects: As you work closely with both candidates and leadership, this role requires balancing recruitment with ongoing HR support tasks. You may field employee questions, provide guidance on policy, or step in to assist with performance evaluations. Flexibility is key, as you might handle last-minute interview requests or meet immediate HR needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with 3+ years focused on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in HR databases and talent acquisition tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant labor laws and best practices in recruitment and employee relations.
